Service and food were really good. Sorry I was starving and did not take pictures. We had so many different options and nothing lacked flavor. My husband had the veggie sushi plate and pleasantly surprised. One roll was a sashimi with tofu skin. Wow wow wow so yummy. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
My husband and I go here at least twice a month and we have never had a bad experience! This is the best sushi place in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. You can’t go wrong ordering anything from the menu. We love practically all the sushi rolls, hibachi, and ramen. The service is also amazing everytime!
Best sushi place in town! Can’t believe we didn’t come here sooner. Sushi is fresh and very reasonably priced. Place looks small on the outside but is actually very spacious with plenty of tables so you won’t have to wait. Their menu is expansive and the food is top-notch! A special shoutout to our server, JR, who was very attentive and courteous, always making sure we have everything that we need. She’s very cheerful and made us feel at home!
Oftentimes, most people gravitate to the larger chain places and often overlook places like Sake... BIG MISTAKE!!! The food, presentation, taste, seasoning... WOW!!! Service was personable, yet professional.
Definitely one of the best (perhaps #1) sushi restaurants in Jacksonville. We ate here for our anniversary on Valentines day and although busy they did a great job . We ordered the tuna tatare appetizer, western Blvd roll , Easter roll, spicy tuna and spicy salmon rolls. All were expertly prepared and generous portions. The ratio of protein to rice is notably high. Which to me is a sign of higher quality sushi. Easter roll had great spicy flavor, Western Blvd roll was bright and delicate. The spicy rolls were great. The tuna tartare had satisfying flavors.
Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. Our waiter was extremely respectful. He took care of our every need and we never felt like he was trying to hurry us out. We got the chicken ramen, honey walnut shrimp meal, and the chicken fried rice! 10/10 All extremely good and fresh! Can’t wait to try this hot spot again in North Carolina!
Great restaurant! Been here several times, the sushi is amazing! Last time we got the Cowboy, Parrot and some kind of lobster roll. All excellent, very fresh and plated very nicely! They have several varieties of sake to try and the lychee was my favorite! I've had the hibachi before and that was 3/5 stars, so I've stuck with the sushi since then.
This is the BEST sushi spot in Jacksonville! The atmosphere is great and the staff are seriously amazing!! I highly recommend the Century 21 Roll!!
